5.2. SMS [if applicable]: You can opt out by replying STOP.

- The accuracy of AI insights depends on the quality and completeness of input data
- We continuously improve our AI models, and results may vary over time
2.4 User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete health information
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload any data to our platform

2.5 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by our company and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your health data, but grant us a license to use it as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services.
2.6 Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any errors or omissions in AI-generated content or insights; or (d) any other matter relating to the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
